Privacy policy

This policy explains how Oglah ("we"), Carrer dels Almogàvers 97, 08170 Montornès del Vallès, Barcelona, Spain, collects and uses personal data when you visit oglah.online or use our services. We are the data controller for our customers' account data and a processor for the subscriber data our customers upload.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, company, billing address, VAT number and payment status (we never store full card numbers).
• Usage data: log files, IP address, browser, pages visited and actions in the app.
• Support data: messages you send us by email, chat or phone.
• Subscriber data: contacts and activity our customers upload or collect through our forms. We process this only on our customers' instructions.

2. Why we use it

To provide and secure the Service, process payments, provide support, send service notices, improve our product and meet legal obligations. Our legal bases are contract performance, legitimate interests and, where required, consent.

3. Sharing

We share data with service providers who help us run the Service (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics, support tools), bound by data processing agreements. We do not sell personal data. Data is hosted in the European Union; where transfers outside the EEA occur we use approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Retention

Account data is kept for the life of the account and up to 30 days after closure (longer where required for tax or legal reasons). Subscriber data is deleted when our customer deletes it or closes their account.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you can access, correct, delete or export your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. Contact support@oglah.online. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

7. Security

We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, regular backups and monitoring. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication.
